Huler Invite Expired?
If you are unable to access Huler after your invite has expired? Not to worry, just notify your admin and they can re-send you a new invite link. Remember, you will only have 7 days before this new invite expires.
Admin Users - Resend Invite
We know things can get lost in busy inboxes , so if one of your users wants to set up Huler but their invite link has expired, it's an easy fix.
To resolve this, you need to access your Huler system settings by clicking the burger bars on the top right of your home page.
From here, click the Hub Admin button to be taken to your Hub Admin dashboard.
Once you're on the Admin Dashboard, simply click onto Users (you can use the arrow located at the top left of the dashboard to expand the menu)
You can find the user either by scrolling through the menu, or alternatively you can use the search bar at the top of the screen.
Once you've successfully found the user, click the three dots on the right and select re-send invite from the drop down menu.
All done! The user will receive a new invite into their inbox. Happy Hulering!
