We all have the annoying moments when we forget our passwords.

You can request a password reset from the log in page.

Once you click on forgot password. You will then receive a link to your email that was registered when you were added.

Important!! If the user fails 5 repeated attempts to reset the password, then the system will start locking the user out of Huler.  They may need to allow 15 minutes before this is unlocked before the user can try again.

Changing your password 

To change your Huler password, could not be easier.

Go to Hub Admin and click on Account Settings.

You will then be redirected to 'My Profile' page.

After you have completed the fields, Save Password.

Once you log and out and log back in to Huler, you will be required to include your new password.
