We have developed a standard set of administrator reports and displayed them as a Dashboard to cover what we think you'll find useful. These are located within the Hub Admin section of Huler and load up as you open the page.

A summary of the eight reports currently on offer and how to best interpret these are shown below:

1: Activities per hour

This is a time based graph covering when people login to Huler (Logins) and how active they are when they're in it (Activities) - effectively button presses. The buttons on the top right of the graph allow you to toggle between the two measures.

The graph is covering a 24 hour window and showing the last 7 day average for each of the measures above

2: Most popular day of the week

This chart covers the average time spent by a user in Huler during each day of the week, using the chart to show you which is the most popular.

3: Total logins

Is exactly what it says and is simply a numerical measure for the last 30 days.

4: New users

Is exactly what it says and is simply a numerical measure for the last 30 days.

5: Total accepted T&Cs

Shows the number of users that have accepted the companies T&Cs.

This report has an additional drill down option that is accessed by pressing the More Info > button. This will provide you details of when a person accepted the T&Cs and can be exported as a csv file.

Note - users have to accept any T&Cs that are set when they first login. This report resets where you have changed the T&Cs and then shows when the updates are accepted.

6: Total logins

This report records the top 10 user logins for the last 30 days. This is shown in the form of a bar graph containing last 7 days and last 30 days metrics.

7: Most popular tiles

This shows a list of the most popular tiles over the last rolling 30 days and the number of times that tile has been interacted with.

The full list of interactions by tiles can be accessed by clicking the More Info >. This will show the following information in an ordered list:

  • Tile name
  • Tile type (user or admin tile)
  • Who created it
  • When it was created
  • The tile domain
  • The top level domain
  • Total clicks
  • Actions button to allow you to see who has clicked it and when they did so

Note - If a tile has not been clicked on it will now show. You can also search for a specific tile using the search bar at the top of the drill-down page.

8: Most popular tile domains

This works just like the popular tile report but covers top level domains that are being accessed, with the number of clicks for each. As an Admin, this can help steer what new tiles you create.

The full list of interactions by domain can be accessed by clicking the More Info >. This will show the following information in an ordered list:

  • Top level domain
  • Total clicks
  • Actions button to allow you to see who has clicked it and when they did so

We are constantly evolving our product and would love to hear your suggestions for any future reporting we can build into our development programme.
